New holiday chalet is located right on the bank of the pond on the edge of a small village Hatín near Jindřichův Hradec. The object is just like made for all who want to spend quiet holiday in the immediate vicinity of the water with the possibility of swimming and also like to get to know the area around Třeboň and Jindřichův Hradec on bikes or by car. At the object there is a fenced piece of land (from one side with a green fence) 350 m2 with garden sitting and fire. Nice sitting can be also enjoyed on the terrace, the entrance on which is from the common room.
Swimming right at the house from own piece of land!
Fishing is possible (4 km), fishing permit necessary: 350 - 750 CZK per day
In low season weekend and shorter stays for advantageous prices are possible.

Velice příjemní a ochotní majitelé, kteří nám nabízeli po celý pobyt jakoukoliv pomoc.Např.nám dovezli suché naštípané dřevo na ohýnek i do kamen.Chata je dobře vybavená, vše funguje,neměli jsme žádný problém. Okolní prostředí je nádherná klidná příroda Jižních Čech a přímo z chaty ze dvou teras je vidět na rybník,kačenky,skákající ryby , zpívající a poletující ptáky.Nejkrásnější pohled je při západu slunce. How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
