The cottage is ideal for a relaxing stay for families with children and for those who choose to visit the beauty of South Bohemia. Guests have a fenced yard approx 2000 m? with enclosed yard, garden grill, fireplace and a parasol. Part of the farm is locked and no one uninhabited. Built-up area 812 m?. Nice holiday chalet is situated in a quiet place on the edge of the village Vlkov near Ševětín. The place is suitable for family holiday, also hikers, bikers and mashroom-pickers come into their own here. The object have for clients available own part of the garden with sitting. Except for the sitting on the terrace and behind the chalet (fire + grill) there is a grass ground with a net for fives, and a swimming pool (3,4 m).

Near surroudings are suitable for walking or cycling, the whole area is a renowned mashroom and fishing paradise. In the village there is a bath open to public where it is possible to order healing, relaxation and beautifying procedures. In summer you can take advantage of marked hiking trails and bike paths in, winter attracts fans of winter sports in the ski resort Monínec (3 km) and with more than 50 km of maintained cross-country skiing trails. The cottage is suitable both for families and trainings with all-day dining. The building has a fenced garden 1.500 m² with garden furniture, fireplace and inflatable pool with a diameter of 3 m. There are also a playground with climbing frames and swings available. You can borrow bikes and skis. In the garden there is a natural lake 2 m deep.
