A cosy attic apartment for 4 people in a quiet residential area of the South Bohemian town of Nové Hrady, on the edge of the Novohradské hory mountains and just 1,5 km from the Austrian border. The apartment has its own entrance and parking directly at the property.

Guests can enjoy a spacious garden with seating, a fire pit with a grill and a swing for children and adults alike. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Within walking distance (approx. 400 m) you will find a microbrewery, a restaurant and a shop; the square with the castle is about 1 km away. The Novohradské hory mountains offer peaceful countryside on the border with Austria, ideal for hiking and cycling.

We also offer a second identical apartment in the same house (CH-995) — larger groups of up to 8 people can book both together.

Every room has its own bathroom, so families and groups of friends alike get their privacy. The cottage comes with a large meadow, a fire pit and a terrace; inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and a lounge with a fireplace. The complex also has a sauna and a pool to cool off in summer. The Tatranský Lieskovec cog-railway stop is a 10-minute walk away and takes you straight up to Štrbské Pleso; Štrba train station is 20 minutes on foot. The peaceful forest surroundings are ideal for hiking, mushroom picking and winter skiing.

Object code: SK-A006 The smaller of a pair of log cottages (known locally as U Maťka) stands in the village of Zázrivá-Biela in the heart of the Malá Fatra National Park, right beneath the majestic peak of Rozsutec. Three bedrooms sleep up to 14 people. Fireplace, a spacious garden with seating for grilling and goulash cooking, and a terrace with views of the surrounding hills. An ideal base for hiking in the Malá Fatra and trips to Terchová. The second, somewhat larger cottage (Drevenica Pod Rozsutcom 2) stands right next door - both can be rented together for a bigger family celebration or a gathering of friends.

Object code: CH-A001 A spacious Wallachian cottage in the village of Rusava in the Hostýnské vrchy valley offers comfortable accommodation for up to 22 guests in six bedrooms. It's perfect for larger groups, families and sports teams looking for peace and quiet away from the bustle of the city. To unwind after a day of outings there's a private Finnish sauna and an outdoor hot tub on the courtyard terrace. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge), a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a dining area for the whole group. Accommodation is spread across six bedrooms: two twin rooms on the ground floor, plus a four-bed, a three-bed and a five-bed room, and a six-bed room in the loft. There are three bathrooms (one with a tub, two with showers), a separate toilet, and a shower by the sauna. The fenced garden has a grill, a fire pit and a terrace, plus a sandpit, swing and slide for children. Parking for five cars is right at the property, and there's also a ski room and bike storage. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Rusava is a peaceful Wallachian village with plenty to do in summer and winter alike - hiking and cycling in the Hostýnské vrchy, mushroom picking, and cross-country and downhill skiing nearby. The shop and bus stop are 200 m away, the restaurant 300 m.
