Object code: CH-A002. .A newly built log house in Deštné v Orlických horách offers accommodation for 12 to 15 people in three four-bed rooms, plus a sofa bed on the ground floor. Two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower) and two WCs. The ground floor has a large common room with a sofa suite, dining tables, TV and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker - plus an indoor pool with a counter-current system. Heating combines electric underfloor heating with a wood-burning stove. The furniture is restored antique, and the whole cottage has its own drinking-water source and free Wi-Fi. The partly fenced grounds have a fire pit, a gazebo, outdoor seating and a gas grill, plus a sandpit and trampoline for children. Parking for 3 to 5 cars right at the property. The Deštné ski centre is only about 100 m from the cottage, with Zieleniec, Zdobnice and Říčky also nearby. A small dog may be possible by arrangement for a fee; smoking is not allowed inside.
