The cottage features a spacious living room with a fireplace — perfect for cool evenings or rainy days — as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a separate bathroom. Two additional bedrooms in the attic ensure the whole family sleeps comfortably. This pleasant cottage is situated in a peaceful spot by the forest near the village of Oldřiš, just 9 km from the historic town of Jindřichův Hradec, in the picturesque Česká Kanada region. The sloping plot of approximately 800 m? features a fireplace seating area and a small cellar for enjoyable outdoor moments. The meadow in front of the cottage, which also belongs to the owner, can be freely used as a playing field for ball games and other recreational activities. In case of unfavorable weather, you will appreciate the covered veranda, where you can sit comfortably regardless of the conditions outside.

The surroundings of the cottage are perfect for an active holiday. A popular hiking trail between Jindřichův Hradec and Landštejn passes nearby, along with a number of marked cycling routes, including the popular Jindřichův Hradec – Telč trail.
