The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. In the house there are six apartments, all after the complete reconstruction, with own kitchens and social facilities. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available. Very nice, luxuriously furnished chalet is located in a beautiful and quiet village Horny Vadičov, 15 km from the city of Žilina. Cottage provides privacy and is ideal for families with children, family celebrations, or pleasant moments with a friends. Local landscape is ideal for walks, cycling or skiing in the winter. Near the cottage is a ski resort Vadičov and other lifts are located 8 km away. Cross-country ski trails start right outside the cottage. In front of the cottage is a fenced garden with pretty landscaping, garden sitting, grill and fire pit. Built up area is 120 m².

Accommodation in apartments is located in a part of the town Jeseník (2.5km from the city center). The surrounding area offers many trails for walkers and cyclists. Winter season offers plenty ski resorts and cross-country trails. In the attic of the house is equipped apartments tastefully decorated inlaid natural wood. On the ground floor in the lobby is available fireplace, billiards and heated swimmingpool. During summer days, you can use large garden (400m2) with childrens playground (swings, trampoline) and a nice sitting at the garden grill under pergola. Infra sauna for guests is available. Parking is at the place (for 5 cars. Possibility of free traffic directly to the ski area.

Newly renovated attic in a separate part of the holiday home is situated in a quiet, peaceful place in the small village of Obora. There you can visit the castle Kratochvíle (4 km), forest monastery Lomec (15 km) or castle ruins of Helfenburk (20 km). Forests nearby are ideal for mushroom and berry picking, during a half-hour walk you can get to the ponds, which are suitable for swimming and for fishing. Guests can use a separate part of the land with own entrance to the building, which is not used by anyone else. In a separate part of the building you can rent three separate rooms - suitable for larger groups and friendly families (accommodation in these rooms on request). There is also outdoor seating at the fireplace with a grill, which may be occasionally used other guests.
