Spacious holiday cottage is located on the edge of the small village Litohošť 9 km west of Pelhřimov in the direction of Pacov. The cottage very nicely furnitured, it provides enough privacy and comfort yearlong. You can use a solar heated swimming pool 7x4 m with contraflow, yearlong running whirlpool 2,5 x 1,5 m located in the yard, fitness rooms, table tennis and sauna with restroom which is located inside the house. Piece of land 2.000 m? with garden sitting, grill, sand pit and a small house for children. Built-up area 240 m?. Apart from provided accommodation there is a garden house for 3 persons for CZK 2.000 available.

The final cleaning fee is mandatory and payable upon arrival at CZK 1,000.

Holiday chalet is located in a fenced piece of land in a quiet outside part of the town Jindřichův Hradec. It is suitable for families with kids who require peace and privacy and can make use of all advantages of the historical town, which is within the direct grasp, at the same time. 1 km from the object there is an aquapark, in the same distance the river Nežárka, where fishing is possible, flows. In the immediate vicinity there are many cyclotracks, two natural sandy lakes and a light railway. Jindřichův Hradec is surrounded by beautiful woods so mashroom-pickers come into their own here in autumn as well. There is a garden 1.100 m² with sitting, rocking-bench, fire and grill, it is also possible to put up a tent here. For the refreshment there is a swimming pool 3,6 m with solar heating. Built-up area 55 m².

Cottage in the area of family farms located in the Giant Mountains in the village of Horní Braná, near the tourist center Vrchlabí. The surroundings are suitable terrain for Nordic walking with trekking sticks - Nordic walking and many trails for biking and hiking. In winter the nearest ski slopes are 5 km away Hrabacov - also suitable for small children, other slopes are in Herlíkovice or in Špindlerův Mlýn. In the summer you can take advantage of the garden covered pergola with grill, skittles and an indoor pool.
The newly built wellness is for 4 persons - infrared, whirlpool, relaxation room and a shower. Property has a separate entrance and a large garden, parking for 6 cars.
In agreement with the owner you can visit the organic farm with expert commentary and guided tours of local attractions (500 CZK/hour).

The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. In the house there are six apartments, all after the complete reconstruction, with own kitchens and social facilities. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available. Ideální místo pro rodinné oslavy, svatby, teem buildings etc. The total capacity of the building 46 people.

Vacation villas are built in in a large piece of land on the banks of the river Blanice on the outskirts of the village Putim 5 km south of Písek. The villas were completed in 2010 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m², offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m²). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m². For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
