The cottage with wellness facilities is located in a recreational area by the forest in quiet surroundings at 850 m above sea level, in the Chomutov district, on the road linking the mountain villages of Boleboř, Svahová and Hora Sv. Kateřiny. The nearest border crossings into the Federal Republic of Germany are Hora Sv. Kateřiny (12 km) and Mníšek (18 km). The area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and a variety of sports. Inside the cottage, on the ground floor, guests will find a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. In the attic there are then 3 bedrooms with two beds each.
Every bedroom has a satellite TV. The living area is 96 m 2. Guests can also use a terrace with an awning of 23m 2 with garden furniture, a pergola with wooden seating, a table tennis table, a barbecue grill and a fire pit. In the garden there is a heated pool 8 x 3,5 x 1,2 m with sun loungers. The pool is open from May to September depending on the weather. Wellness: a Finnish sauna and a heated relaxation whirlpool massage tub for up to four people, available all year round. The hot tub is always prepared for you with clean, heated water, so it has to be booked in advance, at least 1 day before arrival! The hot tub is charged at 800,- Kč for a stay of up to 4 days, the weekly fee is 1.000,- Kč.

Inside the cottage there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms with two beds each. Every bedroom has a television with satellite. The living area is 97 m 2. In bad weather you will appreciate the multifunctional games table you can see in the photographs. Guests also have the use of a terrace of 23m 2 with garden furniture and a pergola with seating. In the garden there is a heated pool 8x4x1,2m and sun loungers, the pool being in operation from May to September, a barbecue, table tennis and a trampoline 4.60m in diameter, a badminton net and fitness equipment (hot tub, electric treadmill, cross trainer). In summer you can go and see, for example, the Helenčiny vodopády waterfalls, about a ten-minute walk along the Nivský potok brook, or simply enjoy the quiet surroundings encircled by forests and meadows.

The building has a heated ski room for storing skis and boots. In the apartment you will find a hallway with a coat rack wall and storage space.
Next comes a living room combined with a kitchen and dining area; in the living space there is a large sofa bed offering a full-size sleeping place for 2 people + TV and wifi. The kitchen unit is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, a DeLonghi espresso machine, a microwave and a dining area for 6 people. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed + television. A bathroom with a shower and toilet goes without saying. The apartment is ideal for keen skiers thanks to the proximity of the ski resort, and just as good for summer lovers of hiking and cycling.
Families with children who like to take day trips will also find plenty to enjoy. Worth mentioning are, for example, Jánošíkovy díry, the climbs up Malý and Velký Rozsutec, Stoh, Chleb and Kriváň, the ridge walk Snilovské sedlo-Chleb-Hromové-Stěny-Polední Gruň, the Zbojnický chodník trail, the mountain hut on Grúň, the hut below Chleb, and Terchová and the village of Štefanová with its lookout tower, where cultural summer events are also held, newly built cross tracks, and scooter rides from the bottom station of the Chleb cable car or from the village of Štefanová towards Terchová to the statue of Jánošík.
