CH-411 — A cottage for cyclists, hikers and nature lovers,

This renovated mountain cottage, furnished with historical pieces from the very dawn of skiing, stands in the village of Paseky nad Jizerou in the Krkonoše National Park. It sits on a landscaped sloping plot with a level ornamental mountain garden and outdoor furniture. The interior is designed as one shared space with a kitchen unit and generous seating, open to the sleeping gallery upstairs. The gallery offers 6 beds.

On the ground floor there is one more separate room with 2 beds and the option of an extra bed. The furnishings and the whole interior are historical and period-authentic, dating from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, creating a genuine old-time atmosphere at the expense of modern comfort (perfect for lovers of days gone by). The main room is heated by a Bulerjan wood-burning stove, which warms the entire space. The small room has its own wood-burning stove. If preferred, the cottage can also be heated with electric direct heaters for a flat-rate energy surcharge (this option is rarely used).

Hot water is supplied by a 120l electric boiler. The kitchen corner has a 2-plate cooker, a kettle, a microwave oven, a fridge and everything you need for cooking. The built-up area is 60 m2. In summer the forest tracks are a treat for cyclists and walkers alike. The cottage lies directly on the Kořenov – Paseky – Harrachov hiking, cross-country and cycling trail, which links up with the Krkonošská magistrála ridge route. Downhill skiers will find lifts right in Paseky, and more just a short hop away in Rokytnice nad Jizerou or in nearby Harrachov.

Paseky nad Jizerou has its own museum and is a crossroads of several walking routes into the Krkonoše and the Jizerské hory. If you travel with a four-legged member of the family (a pet), the person handing over the property will collect a refundable deposit of 5.000,- Kč on site. Every weekly stay includes 1x 45-minute massage FREE OF CHARGE. The date and time then need to be arranged with the owners. Apartment for Rent with Pool Hostinné — Holiday in Krkonoše

We offer for rent an apartment in a family house situated in the village of Hostinné in the Krkonoše region. Guests have the upper floor of the house at their disposal; by its separate entrance there is a small hallway opening into a corridor shared with the other rooms. Here you will find an equipped kitchen, a living room with an east-facing balcony, a bedroom, a smaller room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The lower floor is permanently occupied by the owners of the property, who leave for work in the morning and come back in the evening. The garden is shared with the owners, but they fully respect the guests' privacy. The house stands in a quiet part of the village, only a 3 minute walk from the centre. In the garden a covered pool measuring 6 x 3,5 metres is ready for guests.

In the area you can visit the ZOO in Dvůr Králové, the Bílá Třemešná reservoir 10 km away, the Treetop Walkway or Sněžka, 30 km away.
