The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. In the house there are six apartments, all after the complete reconstruction, with own kitchens and social facilities. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available. Holiday house is situated in the town Černá v Pošumaví which is one of the most famous recreational centres located on the bank of the Lipno lake. The object is suitable both for families with kids, who want to spend quiet holiday near the water, and fans of water sports or fishermen and bikers. Only 150 m from the object you can find a nice sand beach with a roller coaster, within 2 km there is a surf club, in the place a bike rental. At the object there is a nice fenced garden 800 m² with pergola, outdoor fireplace, garden shower and swings. Built-up area 90 m².

Reconstructed cottage is located in the areal of the former castle in a small village Červený Újezdec 12 km from Písek in the direction of Zvíkovské podhradí (8 km). The stylish equipment of the object and the rustic atmosphere of an existent large agricultural farm challenges to rest and relaxation and gives the opportunity to visit touristic destinations at the same time: Písek, Zvíkov, Orlík, Blatná, Bechyně. There is the separate part of the yard with own entrance and a garden 400 m² with garden sitting under the pergola, fireplace, smoking chamber and a swimming pool 3,6 m available. Possibility of fishing at 2 private ponds 50 m from the object! Built-up area is 80 m².
In case of the request of more persons it is possible to make use of an apartment (capacity 6 persons) in the opposite part of the farmhouse.

The apartment house consists of four apartments while each of them disposes of own separate entrance. The house is situated in small quiet village on the bank of the Balaton lake and is suitable especially for those who prefer quiet environment with the possibility of a quality holiday enjoyment within the gasp. In the place you can find cyclotracks, quality swimming and the possibility of refreshment. In the village there is a very nice paid beach with wide offer of services and a freely accessible waterside suitable for swimming as well. Near the village there is an open-air museum with exhibitions of a folk production. At the object there is a fenced garden 600 m? with garden fireplace and the possibility of sitting. Floor space of the apartment is 40 m?. Stated price is for one apartment.
It is possible to arrange full-board for EUR 19 per person and day in a nice restaurant opposite the object. This price includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and the entrance to the paid beach.
