In surroundings you can find plenty of historical sights, possibilities for swimming and trips to close or further surroundings. Recreational cottage is located in a picturesque valley at the beginning of the village Vekká Úpa-Vavřincův důl, which is part of the city Pec pod Sněžkou. Accommodation is suitable for all those who want to spend a few days in privacy in classic mountain cottage where you can feel the atmosphere of old times. The location is ideal for skiers and mountain lovers in any season. In addition to the cottage, there are two lifts and from the top station is possible to drive straight to the cottage. Other slopes are waiting for you in Velka Úpa (2 km) and in town Pec pod Sněžkou(5 km) where you can take advantage of discounts through the card room.
On the ground floor are two common rooms. The first is designed to rest, reading, playing games and watching TV. Conversely, in the second room you can have fun, have a drink and have a good home-made food. There is a bar, fireplace and sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, cellar for storing drinks.

Modern house is situated in the remote point of the cottage area Trsov, not far from Nový Rychnov and Pelhřimov. Woods are nearby the house. The rental as whole is a newly built with new equipment and furniture which promises that the stay will be comfortable to the guests. The stylish stove and a huge garden with a swimming pool will also enhance the pleasure of staying in this house. The stay is so comfortable that even demanding guests will be satisfied. The size of the building is 130 m². The owner occasionally lives in the left part of the house.

The cottage is built on the edge of the cottage colony near a nice sandy beach (80 m). Staying at this cottage is ideal for guests who wish to spend active holiday in the attractive location, or just relax and spend their vacation at the water. In the place there are nice cycling trails and the environment provides excellent conditions for water sports and fishing. Swimming is suitable for children as well. There is an unfenced area 800 m? with barbecue, garden furniture, garden shower, parasol and sand pit. Cozy ambience is offered in a covered terrace. Possible to store bikes. Build-up area 70 m?.

The cottage is located in a small quiet village Nové Losiny in the center of the Jeseníky Mountains and is surrounded by grassy slopes and coniferous forests. The cottage is two hundred years old, reconstructed in 1990. There is a sauna in the cottage. Behind the object flows a mountain stream, which is at this point modified into cooling after sauna (in winter we recommend cooling with the snow). It is possible to use a small pool, garden furniture on the covered terrace, outdoor fireplace, smokehouse, outdoor table for table tennis and a portable grill. Among the recreational activities in this area, that can be operated in the summer, are tennis, fishing, horses, palaces and castles, museums, biking and hiking trips along the ridges and valleys of the Jeseníky and Králický Sněžník Mountains. In the winter there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, downhill skiing is possible in resorts, which are 3-15 km far away from the cottage.
