Recreational house has been built in a quiet part of a small village Tučapy less than 10 km from Soběslav. Surroundings are very suitable for cycling, walking, mashrooming and fishing. In surroundings you can find plenty of historical sights, possibilities for swimming and trips to close or further surroundings. There is a fenced garden 200 m² with sitting, grill, pergola and swimming pool 3,6 m. Ground floor 75 m².

Recreational cottage is located in a picturesque valley at the beginning of the village Vekká Úpa-Vavřincův důl, which is part of the city Pec pod Sněžkou.
