Surroundings offer many options of sport and recreational enjoyment, from swimming, fishing or water sports to walking, cycling and mashrooming in local forests. Guests can use unfenced piece of land 1.500 m² with garden sitting, barbecue, parasol and garden shower. There is also a canoe, a hammock and a badminton ground (with rackets and balls). This cottage is located in the village of Lenora on the edge of the protected landscape area of the Bohemian Forest 7 km from Volary and 10 km from the border on Germany (Strážný). The position of the cottage makes it the ideal starting place for wanderings in the Bohemian Forest, in the winter it is possible to make use of cross-coutry skiing tracks and ski-lifts (5 km, 9 km). Guests have available one apartment in the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC in 2nd floor. Around the cottage there is a modified natural garden with a pleasant garden seating, pergola, barbecue and children´s playhouse and sandpit. The entire property is fenced and so it provides a guarantee relax and peace in the Bohemian countryside.

Holiday house is located on the edge of the village Višňová in the South Bohemia. It offers plenty of possibilities for cycling and hiking, surrounding woods are the paradise for mashroom-pickers. You can visit e.g. the water castle Červená Lhota, the ruine Choustník or the historical town Jindřichův Hradec. The house is well furnitured with all necessary equipment. There is a large fenced piece of land 2.500 m² with garden sitting, grill, parasol and swimming pool 3,6 m. Built-up area 60 m².

Newly built cottage is situated in the outskirts of the village Kašperské Hory. The village is named after the castle Kašperk, which is the highest castle in the Czech Republic and towers over the town. The beautiful Bohemian-Forest landscape attracts in every season. You will find here hiking and biking trails and a ski resort. There are 2 same equipped apartments (suitable for friendly families). At the house there is an unfenced piece of land 450 m? with roofed-over seating and barbecue available. The possibility of storing bikes and skis. Built-up area of the house is 100 m?.

The historical house at st. Catherine Church is the oldest building in Rožmberk. The building dates back to the 1375 and has a rich history as dwelling house of Peter Vok z Rožemberka. The house offers you a unique stylish accommodation in a 3-storey sensitively reconstructed building with cozily furnished interior decorated with hunting trophies. The house offers beautiful views of the castle and chateau. The garden adjoins with the river Vltava. The whole object has been reconstructed, however the reconstruction has not reduced the magic of past and an original style and atmosphere still persists. The building is great choice for all who want to enjoy a holiday in beautiful countryside within easy reach of Český Krumlov and Lipno and who want to experience something unusual and charming at the same time.
