Well equipped cottage offers comfortable accommodation and is situated in a cottage-colony in a green valley at the villag Stárkov near the Polish border. The large holiday resort, located in quiet area is ideal for families with children and lovers of pure nature, peace and relaxation.
The resort with 22 cottages offers childrens playground with a sandpit, climbing frames and swings. In the summer season also swimming pool, bouncy castle and trampolines. There is also a football pitch and a beach volleyball court. Possible is ride on horseback in the park and in the surrounding area. For a fisherman is there small private fishing pond.

There is also a childrens indoor play room, located in an old mill, with darts, football and billiards along with lots of toys for small children.

The cottage is situated in the quiet South Bohemian village Padařov 10 km from the city Tabor. The stylish accommodation offers triple and quadruple rooms, 2 kitchens, common room and enclosed garden. There is a spacious terrace with barbecue, private parking and internet throughout the building. Accommodation is suitable for families, groups and cyclists. Active athletes to fully enjoy the beautiful South Bohemian countryside in all seasons. In winter you can cross-country ski trails around Jistebnice or 15 km away Monínec Ski Resort, which offers a variety of activities as well as in summer. Before the cottage is a small childrens play area with garden suitable for various activities and relaxation. Built-up area 200m².

The fishing house is located on the island of Veliki Vinik, near the island of Murter - 15 minutes by boat. The location is secluded and naprostro for a peaceful and romantic getaway for two.
Transport to the fishing house and back is provided by the agency and is already included.
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, shower and outdoor terrace with barbecue. The restaurant is located on the second small island about 5 minutes. boat.

The accommodations can rent a boat (outboard, 4 KS), price 25 euros per day without fuel.

Fisherman's house in a remote area is located on a small island near the island Radelj Murter (25min boat).
On the whole island is only a few houses that are at a great distance from each other, so there you have wonderful privacy.
On the other small island restaurant, which is 10 min. boat. So it is advisable to stay rent a boat that can provide on-site.
Transport to the house and back to the mainland is ensured already included.
The house offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace with barbecue, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a living room and a bathroom.

The apartment is located in the old part of the quiet village Utjeha and the terrace offers panoramic sea views.
Utjeha is smaller village (14 km south of Bar) with one main beache and many other small hidden coves around. It will be appreciated mainly by those who seek peace, privacy and romance of beautiful views of the sea.

The apartment has three bedrooms, living room, bathroom and the kitchen for cooking. The kitchen is connected with an outdoor terrace with seating where you can relax and enjoy the views even at sunset.
The sandy beach is only 3 minutes walk.
On a smaller front garden, where they grow Mediterranean plants and fig tree is a barbecue.
Parking space is located at the rear of the building and its use is free.
