Guests have 100 m2 fenced land with garden seating for 6 people, barbecue facilities, and there is also the possibility to store their bicycles. Guests have a built-up area of 40 m2. The surroundings of the house offer plenty of opportunities for cycling (50m from the house of the Prague-Vienna cycle path) and hiking, the surrounding forests are a paradise for mushroom pickers. For example, you can visit the Red Lhota Water Castle, the zoo in Horní Pěna, the Fazzorvalley of Dolní Pěna and the historic town of Jindřichův Hradec. The house is well equipped with everything necessary equipment, including wifi network.

In the surrounding forests and nature, tourists and families with children come to their hiking and countryside, when the Šance Nature Reserve is nearby, which is run by an educational trail and is widely used for hiking, cycling and horse riding. Minizoo Zbraslav is also within a few kilometers. You can also visit the castle in Zbraslav, or Koněpruské caves.
