Cozy cottage on the interface of Prague 12 and central Bohemian region, in the small village Točná - Starý press offers you pleasant accommodation for 4 people with the possibility of 1 extra bed. The property is completely fenced and there is a large garden with an area of 800 m2, where parking can also be parked. From the small hallway there is access directly to the living room, which is connected to the dining room and where an extra bed is available. The living room has access to the balcony, facing the west. There is also a kitchenette on the ground floor. In the attic there is one smaller and one larger bedroom. Laundry facilities are also available in the basement. The separate bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. For families with children, but also for other enthusiastic recreational athletes there is a basketball basket, Russian skittles, sandpit, swing and trampoline. Table tennis is available in the garage located in the basement. The east-facing terrace is located from the entrance to the cottage. In the garden will also enjoy an above-ground pool with a diameter of 3.66 m, deep 0.8 m.
In the surrounding forests and nature, tourists and families with children come to their hiking and countryside, when the Šance Nature Reserve is nearby, which is run by an educational trail and is widely used for hiking, cycling and horse riding. Minizoo Zbraslav is also within a few kilometers. You can also visit the castle in Zbraslav, or Koněpruské caves.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
