A cozy attic apartment for 4 people in a quiet residential part of the South Bohemian town of Nové Hrady, on the edge of the Novohradské hory and just 1.5 km from the Austrian border. The apartment has its own entrance and parking right at the property.

There is a spacious garden with seating, a fire pit with a grill and a swing for children and adults alike. The property is non-smoking and pet-free.

Within walking distance (about 400 m) you'll find a microbrewery, a restaurant and a shop; the square with the castle is about 1 km away. The Novohradské hory offer peaceful countryside on the border with Austria, ideal for hiking and cycling.

In the same house we also offer a second, identical apartment (CH-996) - for larger groups of up to 8 people, both can be booked together.

Object code: CH-A002 A newly built log house in Deštné v Orlických horách offers accommodation for 12 to 15 people in three four-bed rooms, plus a sofa bed on the ground floor. Two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower) and two WCs. The ground floor has a large common room with a sofa suite, dining tables, TV and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker - plus an indoor pool with a counter-current system. Heating combines electric underfloor heating with a wood-burning stove. The furniture is restored antique, and the whole cottage has its own drinking-water source and free Wi-Fi. The partly fenced grounds have a fire pit, a gazebo, outdoor seating and a gas grill, plus a sandpit and trampoline for children. Parking for 3 to 5 cars right at the property. The Deštné ski centre is only about 100 m from the cottage, with Zieleniec, Zdobnice and Říčky also nearby. A small dog may be possible by arrangement for a fee; smoking is not allowed inside.
