Villa for Rent with Pool Podskalí — Holiday in Orlická přehrada

This holiday house with a pool is located near the Orlická přehrada dam in the Podskalí recreation area. Ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The house provides comfortable accommodation for 22 people. Guests have the use of a sunken outdoor pool, an unfenced garden, a pergola for outdoor seating and a swing. The house is built on the edge of the forest on its own grounds. Guests have plenty of options for spending their free time in the area, from water sports and fishing to cycling and mushroom picking.

The building contains 2 completely separate 5-room halves of a semi-detached house (90 m2) for 11 people each, in a recreation area just 300 m from the Orlická přehrada dam. Separate entrance. Entrance hall. The living room (23 m2) has a seating area, a dining area (for 4 people) and a kitchenette, a fireplace and a TV; access to the terrace. The kitchenette has an electric cooker (4 hotplates, oven) and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Bathroom with a shower – a 150 l water heater and a separate toilet.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Steep miller's stairs lead from the living room up to the attic, where there are another 2 bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the unfenced grounds, which are shared by both halves of the house, there is a terrace with a pool (3,5 x 3 x 1,3 m) and garden furniture, a gazebo with outdoor seating, a portable barbecue, a fire pit, a roundabout and a swing.
