In the vicinity of the property, both hikers and passionate cyclists and mushroom pickers will come to their place in summer. The biking trails stretch towards Adršpašské and Teplice Rocks, Ratibořice, Kudowa Spa in Poland, the Rozkoš Dam, etc. (all up to 25 Km). In winter there is about 200m a ski lift and there is also a modified cross-country ski trail. Hikers will appreciate the surrounding forests, which stretch the war fortifications, a trip to the nearby zoo in Dvůr Králové or kuks castle.

Minizoo Zbraslav is also within a few kilometers. You can also visit the castle in Zbraslav, or Koněpruské caves.
