In the spacious fenced garden, guests can use the 2 pools, open-air pergola and outdoor fireplace. There is also a grassy playground suitable for ball games. Inside the cottage there are two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other in the attic.
This area is a paradise for cycling, relaxation and excursions in the vicinity of ponds, rivers and picturesque villages. With regard to location, trips to historical and other jewels such as Hluboká Castle - ZOO, Červená Lhota, Jindřichův Hradec.

In the separate part of the house with its own entrance is the owner who respects the privacy of the guests.

The use of swimming pools, playgrounds for ball games, swings, skittles, table tennis is provided solely on the responsibility of guests staying here and is visibly marked with informative tables.
