The double-decked cosy apartment is located in a new family house in the village Kamenný Újezd near the main road from České Budějovice to Český Krumlov. The object is suitable for all who look for a quality and advantageously situated accommodation only 12 km from České Budějovice and 15 km from Český Krumlov with very good connection to the area of the Lipno lake or Austria. Clients can use a partly fenced piece of land with grill and the possibility of garden sitting. At the apartment there is also a garden, which is used only by guests.

Nice cottage with sauna is situated in the small village Rudnik in Giant Mountains and provide accommodation during the whole year. It is suitable for families with children or groups of cyclists etc. The surrounding area offers a number of active sports opportunities during the whole year - in winter skiing in the Giant Mountains, in summer hiking and walking tours. Guests can use a partially fenced garden (2,000 m²) with swimming pool, garden cottage with kitchen, garden furniture and grill. There is a sauna and a game room with table tennis, pool table, darts and foosball.

The tastefully furnished holiday house is located near the village Malenovice (15 km from Frydek-Místek) near Beskydy, at the foot of Lysá hora. The location of the cottage will delight especially skiers in the winter, because there are two ski slopes directly at the object. In addition, skiers have the opportunity to borrow a ski-pass (max. 6 persons) for the price 150 Kč/ day (includes the day and night skiing).
You can try riding on the horses near the holiday house (2 km) during the whole year, as well as bowling and swimming pool in the hotel Bezruč (approximately 2 km). In summer you can visit the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts in Frýdlant (approximately 5 km) and airport for sport aircrafts (sightseeing flights). Cottage near Malenovice is suitable for active holidays. The surrounding area is full of hiking, biking and cross-country trails of various difficulty levels. On the unfenced land is available sitting with a portable grill which will be for your more pleasant summer evenings. Build up area is 55 m².

Newly reconstructed farmstead is situated in the village Meziříčí and offers a pleasant and peaceful environment for family holidays and leisure. The village is situated 9 km from the city of Tábor in the picturesque valley which flows Vlásenický stream. The enclosed courtyard is available indoor outdoor sitting with bricked fireplace, grill tools, a smokehouse and a childrens playground (sandpit, swing), where guests have complete privacy. The site is particularly suitable for cycling, but for hiking or other active holiday.
Pastures adjacent to the object graze sheep. Pastures are separated from the living area barn. Guests have access to part of the residential houses, the second part is locked and no one in it is there.

In the quiet village of Lower Morava, which is located in a mountain massif Kralický Sněžník (1,424 m), you will find cheap accommodation in comfortable apartments (total capacity 22 beds). This location will offer year-round activities for winter and summer family vacation. Near the pension (500m) is a ski freestyle park Větrný Vrch and at a distance of 1.5 kilometers other lifts and ski slopes, cross country skiing and childrens ski park. In the summer you can use marked trails for hiking and biking, a climbing center, childrens Fun Park and other attractions.
The apartments have fully equipped kitchen, TV + SAT, connect to a wireless network WIFI and a private bathroom. On adjacent sunlit garden have children a trampoline, swings and pool. For guests there is outdoor sitting and BBQ. Parking is available in front of the pension or in the shed for a fee.
