This cozy two-storey holiday cottage is situated on the very edge of the small village of Staré Dobrkovice, just 3 km from the world-famous town of Český Krumlov. The cottage offers a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and two bedrooms — plenty of space for the whole family. On the fenced garden of 330 m?, you will find outdoor seating under a pergola with a barbecue, a swimming pool measuring 3.6 m × 5.8 m, covered parking, and a range of activities for young children: a sandpit, an outdoor playhouse, and two children's swings. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.

Fishing is possible directly in front of the cottage in a trout stream that borders the property. An additional fishing opportunity is available at the Nový pond, 5 km away, where permits can be purchased Monday to Friday at the fish farm in Chvalšiny. The owner has recently added an infrared sauna for 2 persons for guests: one hour of sauna use is included free of charge with a weekly stay, with each additional hour charged at 400 CZK. One extra bed is available upon agreement with the agency — this must be indicated at the time of booking.

The cultural and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area are exceptional: Český Krumlov hosts the famous Five-Petalled Rose Festival every June, the Lipno reservoir is approximately 15 minutes away by car, and the Zlatá Koruna monastery is also nearby. This cosy cottage with a swimming pool is located at the end of a small cottage settlement in Dubovice, just 3 km west of the historic town of Pelhřimov. The peaceful surroundings, embraced by nature, make it an ideal destination for a family holiday where both parents and little adventurers can truly unwind. The settlement offers privacy and the tranquillity of a rural setting, while all the amenities of Pelhřimov remain easily accessible.

The cottage features a spacious living room with a fireplace — perfect for cool evenings or rainy days — as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a separate bathroom. Two additional bedrooms in the attic ensure the whole family sleeps comfortably.
