Cottage with a closed yard is situated in the beautiful countryside near the village Závišín Blatná in southern Bohemia. Guests have at their disposal first flor with three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Lower floor inhabit owners who respect the privacy of the guests. The recovery is also a lounge with a fireplace, a barn with table tennis, bicycles, enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating, gas grill and an adjacent garden with an outdoor fireplace and sitting area.
The surrounding area is beautiful especially for cycling, but also walks in the surrounding forests. For swimming you can go to 8 km distant town Blatná, where is the public swimming pool. In winter, the area is particularly suitable for cross-country skiing.

The holiday chalet is located in a small chalet colony Dubovice 3 km west of the town Pelhřimov. Quiet rest environment in the middle of woods and meadows. Car park is sllowed in the piece of land. In Pelhřimov there is a bike rental. Suitable for families with kids and for peaceful and rest holiday. There is an unfenced piece of land with garden sitting, grill, parasol, sand-pit and swimming pool 3,6 m available.

The cottage is located in the village Albrechtice near the town Týn nad Vltavou. It is the last house in the village in the direction Protivín and Písek. Písek 12 km, the castle Orlík 35 km - in high season accessible also by steamboat, the castle Hluboká 28 km, the mountains of Písek are accessible by hiking or cycling. Fishing and swimming in the river Vltava. Quiet and easygoing holiday for families with kids with sitting in a fenced garden (fire, pergola, sand-pit).

Very nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.
In low season it is possible to book only one housing unit with a discount.

Vacation villas are built in in a large piece of land on the banks of the river Blanice on the outskirts of the village Putim 5 km south of Písek. The villas were completed in 2008 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m², offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m²). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m². For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
 

These prices are for accommodation in one villa. When renting both villas, you need to create an order for both buildings - CH-387 + CH-388.
