The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available.
