Holiday cottage is located in the village Lukavec u Pacova on the boundary of the South Bohemia and the Highlands. In the object you can find two flat units - the object is ideal for the accommodation of two friendly families. In a large piece of land 3.000 m² there is a pond 22x12 m with the possibility of fishing. For summer rejoicings there is also a swimming pool 3 m, the nice rest occasion is provided in a roofed-over pergola in a closed yard with the possibility of barbecue or in a garden at the pond with fire where you can sit while listening to the sound of the water in a brook. There are also a sand-pit, swings, badminton, trampoline, petanque. Built-up area of the object is 120 m². In high season surroundings become a mashroom paradise.
Cyclotracks: 101, 1217, 161,... You can visit the protected landscape area Velký Blaník (639 m with a look-out), the castles Kámen, Lipnice nad Sázavou, the ruines Šelmberk, Orlík (at Humpolec), the lake Želiv, Sedlice, the cave of Chýnov or a light railway (Obrataň).

In low season it is possible to make use of the apartment separately for advantageous prices in case of the total capacity unfulfilling.

Reconstructed cottage is located in the areal of the former castle in a small village Červený Újezdec 12 km from Písek in the direction of Zvíkovské podhradí (8 km). The stylish equipment of the object and the rustic atmosphere of an existent large agricultural farm challenges to rest and relaxation and gives the opportunity to visit touristic destinations at the same time: Písek, Zvíkov, Orlík, Blatná, Bechyně. There is the separate part of the yard with own entrance and a garden 400 m² with garden sitting under the pergola, fireplace, smoking chamber and a swimming pool 3,6 m available. Possibility of fishing at 2 private ponds 50 m from the object! Built-up area is 80 m².
In case of the request of more persons it is possible to make use of an apartment (capacity 6 persons) in the opposite part of the farmhouse.

The property consists of two buildings - with only rented a small house with a balcony that, in addition to the original wooden bell tower (inaccessible). Fenced property with swimming pool, childrens sand pit, outdoor grill and fireplace is located in an attractive, popular tourist area Slapy in a quiet, surrounded by forest, a settlement in paradise belonging to the community more. The area around the rented house offers innumerable offer tours of the surrounding countryside and historical sights. Property is also suitable for mushroom pickers, swimming and cycling. For more demanding clients near the object can use the tennis courts, mini golf and a newly established golf course or the possibility of a balloon flight. Modern equipped holiday house Nad Slatí is situated in the heart of the National Park Šumava in a small village with the view on the nature reserve Chalupská Slať. The cottage is suitable for families with children or bigger groups. Near the object lead bicycle and ski trails (to Borová Lada, Kvilda, Modrava; downhill skiing - Nové Hutě - 5 km Zadov - 15 km, bus stop nearby the cottage). You can take walking tours in the surrounding of the house (hiking trail leads to the lake Chalupská slať). Also mushroom-pickers can enjoy holiday here. To the cottage belong a fenced garden with pond, garden furniture, barbecue, pergola with a fireplace and sitting area. There is sand box and swing too. Built-up area is 200 m?.

This cottage is perfect for a family or a couple who is looking for privacy and tranquility in a Canadian log cabin atmosphere while having everything you need within reach because the cabin is located within the ranch. The whole area is interference between the fences where we keep American horses and cattle. In case, that you want to spend your holiday in the saddle with your own horse, we have prepared for you pasture housing or housing in outdoor boxes for free. In particular, the lower bedroom which is decorated in a combination of log of logs and stone, will remain in your memories for a long time.
