Newly built recreational house is located in a large fenced garden on the edge of the bath village Vráž near Zvíkov 10 km from Písek. Near surroudings are suitable for walking or cycling, the whole area is a renowned mashroom and fishing paradise. In the village there is a bath open to public where it is possible to order healing, relaxation and beautifying procedures. At the object there is a large fenced garden 3.300 m2 with garden sitting, fireplace, barbecue and garden shower. In the garden there is also small house and sand pit not only for small ladies available. For fans of cycling there are 4 bikes for rent. Tent Tee-pee could be set up on request. Ground floor 70 m2.

It is suitable for families looking for privacy and peace, who can make use of all social availability of the historical town. There is a garden 600 m2 with sitting and deck-chairs, barbecue, table tennis, baby swimming pool and swimming pool with the diameter of 3,5 m. Holiday cottage is situated on the edge of a quiet village in Vlkov Ševětín. The cottage is ideal for a relaxing stays for families with children and for those who choose to explore the beauty of South Bohemia by bike or on foot (available 4 older mountain bikes free). Clients have a fenced yard approx 700 m2 with swimming pool (4.5 m diameter), garden furniture and parasol with fireplace, covered porch with seating. There is also table tennis, electr. arrow. For children ready swings, slide, trampoline (diameter 2.5 m), bouncy castle, basketball net with ball or sandbox. The cottages are close to forests full of mushrooms and blueberries. You can visit the city: Hluboká n. Vlt. (chateau, castle, zoo, swimming pool), České Budějovice, Kleť Observatory, Český Krumlov, Třeboň and many other beautiful cities.

House of Javornik Rohanov Šumava.Newly built holiday house is located on the edge of the small village Rohanov in the beautiful landscape near the forest. The house is suitable for stays in every season. In summer months guests can take advantage of marked cycling trails and hiking tracks (Kvilda, Modrava, Srní, Povydří, Bučina), in winter there are very good conditions for winter sports (Javorník 2 km, ski areal Zadov 10 km, Kašperské Hory 10 km). At the house there is an unfenced piece of land 1.000 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sand-pit, swing and a gum swimming pool 3x2 m. Built-up area 120 m2. Possible to store bikes and skis. WIFI for free, wasching maschine, dishwasher.

The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. In the house there are six apartments, all after the complete reconstruction, with own kitchens and social facilities. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available. Ideální místo pro rodinné oslavy, svatby, teem buildings etc. The total capacity of the building 46 people.
