Holiday chalet is located on the edge of forests in the mountain area Muntii Mezesului continuing to the Transylvanian Alps in the area ecologically and by the civilization unstained. Surroundings are suitable for hiking, cycling, mashroom-picking (forests full of mashrooms on favourable terms), sightseeing trips. Possibility of a horse-drawn carriage ride in surroundings. Two bikes available. Local population (mostly of Slovakian origin) deal with agriculture, produce home-made cheese, bread, sheep-cheese and fabulous tea from herbs they pick themselves. This food is possible to buy, eventually order dinners. The object is newly and nicely furnitured. There is a piece of land with fire, skittles (pl) and a swimming pool without filtration for refreshment.

Vacation villas are built in in a large piece of land on the banks of the river Blanice on the outskirts of the village Putim 5 km south of Písek. The villas were completed in 2010 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m², offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m²). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m². For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
 

These prices are for accommodation in one villa. When renting both villas, you need to create an order for both buildings - CH-387 + CH-388.

The house is situated in a quiet part of the small town Benecko - 300 m walk to the centre. Surroundings offer possibilities for fans of both winter and summer sports - cross-country skiing routes begin cca 1 km from the object, within 300 m you can find two ski slopes (other 1,5 km from the house, Špindlerův Mlýn 18 km), in summer season you can make use of a local golf course, a tennis court or the possibility of horseriding. You can visit Jilemnice or Vrchlabí. There is a sitting with garden furniture and grill available.

A very nicely equipped attic apartment in a family house can be found in a quiet part of the town of České Budějovice. The land on which the house stands is situated in a closed block of houses and provides pleasant privacy and at the same time excellent accessibility of all services offered by the city. The building is an excellent starting point for trips in South Bohemia by bike and car (Hluboká nad Vltavou, Lipno, Blanský les - Kleť, Girl's Stone, Trebon, Český Krumlov). The regional town itself offers a plethora of cultural and sports activities (theatres, cinemas, exhibitions, swimming pool, sports centers, etc.). Guests have access to a closed garden with a pond, swing and terrace with seating area. Possibility to store bicycles in the garden under the shelter.

The owners live on the ground floor of the house. For clients there is a dedicated attic with separate entrance and use of garden sitting.

Holiday cottage is located in the village Lukavec u Pacova on the boundary of the South Bohemia and the Highlands. In the object you can find two flat units - the object is ideal for the accommodation of two friendly families. In a large piece of land 3.000 m² there is a pond 22x12 m with the possibility of fishing. For summer rejoicings there is also a swimming pool 3 m, the nice rest occasion is provided in a roofed-over pergola in a closed yard with the possibility of barbecue or in a garden at the pond with fire where you can sit while listening to the sound of the water in a brook. There are also a sand-pit, swings, badminton, trampoline, petanque. Built-up area of the object is 120 m². In high season surroundings become a mashroom paradise.
Cyclotracks: 101, 1217, 161,... You can visit the protected landscape area Velký Blaník (639 m with a look-out), the castles Kámen, Lipnice nad Sázavou, the ruines Šelmberk, Orlík (at Humpolec), the lake Želiv, Sedlice, the cave of Chýnov or a light railway (Obrataň).

In low season it is possible to make use of the apartment separately for advantageous prices in case of the total capacity unfulfilling.
