The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. In the house there are six apartments, all after the complete reconstruction, with own kitchens and social facilities. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available. Ideální místo pro rodinné oslavy, svatby, teem buildings etc. The total capacity of the building 46 people.

Newly reconstructed cottage is located in a quiet area near the river Vltava in Jistebník village (13 km from Cesky Krumlov). This location is suitable for family active recreation. In summer it is an ideal starting point for hiking (mushrooming), water sports (possibility of renting rafts 0,5 km), fishing (0,5 km river Vltava) and cycling (cycling connector Lipno - Českokrumlovsko - Nové Hrady). In case of bad weather there is available a common room - playroom, where guests can take advantage of many possibilities of attractive games.
On fenced garden is a pergola with comfortable seating and a grill, sandpit and swing. On hot summer days, guests can take a swim in the garden pool. Near the cottage (20 m away) is small turf field suitable for ball games. The lockable storage space option for bikes. Living area 120 m².

In the quiet village of Lower Morava, which is located in a mountain massif Kralický Sněžník (1,424 meters above sea level), you will find cheap accommodation in comfortable apartments (total capacity 30 beds). This location will offer year-round activities for winter and summer family vacation. Near the pension (300 m) is a ski freestyle park Větrný Vrch and at a distance of 1.5 kilometers other lifts and ski slopes, cross country skiing and childrens ski park. In the summer you can use marked trails for hiking and biking, a climbing center, childrens Fun Park and other attractions.
The apartments have fully equipped kitchen, TV + SAT, connect to a wireless network WIFI and a private bathroom. On adjacent sunlit garden have children a trampoline, swings and a sandbox. For guests there is outdoor sitting and BBQ. Parking is available in front of the pension or in the shed for a fee.

Double cottage is located in the mountain village of Red Water in the picturesque countryside Kralický Sněžník. Guests have access to one of the cottage with a private entrance. The second part with almost the same equipment is also rent and can be arranged with the agency to ensure - suitable for friendly families.
Staying here offers a beautiful winter and summer holidays. In the village (300 m) is a ski resort, cross country skiing and around 2-10 kilometers famous ski centers. On the fenced garden guests have access to a swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor grill with wooden furniture. For children there is an adventure ready wooden house, trampoline, garden house and sandpit for the little ones. For relaxing is the special please in small cottages with finisch sauna.

Two hundred years old cottage is located in a quiet village Nové Losiny in the heart of the Jeseníky Mountains, surrounded by grassy slopes and coniferous forests. Near the cottage flows a mountain stream. Around the house is a large meadow with a gentle gradient - suitable for bobsledding in the winter. One part of the meadow is adjusted - with a horizontal surface - it can be used for ball games, badminton, etc. There is also available a natural fireplace, outdoor table tennis (self-bats) and a portable grill. In a good weather you can dine at the large stone table under one of two centenarians linden trees at the cottage. Among the recreational activities in this area, that can be operated in the summer, are tennis, fishing, horses, palaces and castles, museums, biking and hiking trips along the ridges and valleys of the Jeseníky and Králický Sněžník Mountains. In the winter there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, downhill skiing is possible in resorts, which are 3-15 km far away from the cottage (Přemyslov, Františkov, Branná, Petříkov, Ramzová, Červenohorské sedlo).
