Object code: SK-A011. .Holiday Home stands on the edge of the village of Kolta in the peaceful countryside of the Danubian Hills, only about 10 km from the thermal baths of Podhájska. The spacious house with four bedrooms sleeps up to 16 guests and is ideal for large families or groups of friends. There is a private pool, a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, an outdoor fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden has a grill, a gazebo and a children's playground with a sandpit and climbing frames. The surroundings invite hiking and cycling.

Capacity 16 people in 4 bedrooms; the house is always rented as a whole. Two bathrooms with a shower (one on each floor, with WC), plus a bathtub and a hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen: electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Lounge, satellite TV, air conditioning in the attic. Central heating plus an indoor fireplace. The garden has an outdoor pool with a retractable cover, a barrel-shaped Finnish sauna, a hot tub, a gazebo with an outdoor fireplace and grill, a pond and bird aviaries. For children there is a sandpit, a slide and swings. Free parking at the property and free Wi-Fi. Minimum stay is 2 nights. The property is non-smoking and unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Nearby: the Podhájska thermal baths 10 km, bus stop 300 m, a shop and a pub in the village.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
