A cottage with three separate apartments stands in a quiet garden at the back of a yard right in the centre of the village of Štítnik, in the heart of Gemer. It offers a total of 11 to 17 beds - the apartments can be booked individually, two at a time, or all three together for a larger group or a family celebration. Apartment 1 (5 beds): one room with a kitchenette (dishes, electric double hotplate, kettle and fridge), a shower, TV and a wood-burning stove. Apartment 2 (6 beds, 4 + 2 in the children's room): two rooms, a kitchenette with dishes, an electric cooker with oven, kettle, fridge, a bathroom with a tub, TV, radio and a wood-burning stove. Summer apartment (6 beds, 2 rooms of 3 beds each): its own entrance and bathroom with shower; a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, blender, toaster and fridge; a grill. The garden has three separate seating areas, sun loungers, a grill and goulash cauldron, pétanque, badminton and a sandpit with toys; board games are also available. Heating is by wood-burning stove, with firewood included in the price. Parking for 2 to 3 cars in the enclosed yard. Dogs are welcome (EUR 4/night). Children under 2 stay free without a bed in the ground-floor apartment. In the basement, guests can visit a small home museum. All the key services - shop, pharmacy and dining - are on the main square, about 150 m from the house. Marked cycling routes and hiking trails lead directly from the cottage, and the Slovak Karst (Ochtiná Aragonite Cave, Betliar mansion) beckons nearby. Bicycle hire is available on request.

The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
