That is exactly what this luxury cottage near the village of Olešná offers — just 50 metres from the shore of the Orlická přehrada reservoir.
The cottage is an ideal choice for families with children as well as for passionate anglers. Children will love the pool and the direct access to the water, adults will appreciate the peace and the beautiful countryside all around — the reservoir on one side, forests full of mushrooms on the other, perfect for walks and mushroom picking. The interior is modern and spacious. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom with a WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom — plenty of space for the whole family without compromises. A garden house is part of the grounds as well.
The cottage is open all year round. In the cold months underfloor heating keeps the house warm, complemented by a tiled stove that creates just the right atmosphere for long winter evenings. In summer you will welcome the spacious terrace with a garden shower — the perfect refreshment after a day spent by the water. The location is exceptional also thanks to the nearby historic Podolský most bridge, one of the landmarks of the Orlická přehrada. The owner's private jetty is available at the cottage for mooring your boat. There is also a beach by the cottage where a boat can be taken off the trailer into the water.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
