Holiday villa is situated in the small village Okrouhlá 3 km from Milevsko and 10 km from the Orlík lake in a nice countryside alluring to cycling and walking. At the object there is a nice fenced garden 800 m2 with garden sitting, fire and swimming pool 3,6 m which provides you nice refreshment in summer days. There are three bedrooms in the object, built-up area 150 m2.

Vybavení objektu má nevyhovující podmínky, nafocené vybavení neodpovídá skutečnosti, zahradní lehátko roztrhlé,pískoviště pro dítě je založené ze směsi písku, hlíny a bahna, houpací hračka prasklá,zavěšená síť vyvracela plot už při houpání dítěte, natož dospělého. Uvnitř objektu postele podložené špalky dřeva, třetí ložnice, která je v popisku také k dispozici a kvůli které jsme volili i tento objekt v nabídce, vůbec není obyvatelná, už od prvního schodu mrtvé mouchy po zemi a to samé ve zmiňované horní ložnici, kde je stará postel na které nelze spát. Majitel nás hned upozornil, že když jsme jen 4,můžeme spát pohromadě ve 2ložnicích. Třetí ložnici těžko nabízel někomu jinému před námi, to leda si tam uklidit a spát na zemi. Okna stará,bez závěsů a žaluzií, otevřít je byl boj, natož poté zavřít. V kuchyni během pár hodin po předání objektu mravenci. Sprchový kout zevnitř po uzavření dveří černý se špínou. Na druhou stranu krásné a tiché místo, nádherná zahrada, ovocné stromy k dispozici. V okolí pole, louky, lesy, opravdu krásné prostředí pro dovolenou. Jediné co to zkazilo, bylo zařízení, které už bohužel neodpovídá výši týdenního pobytu.inserted 02/09/20 20:03 - Staying 20/06/2020-27/06/2020
Chalupa se nachází v klidném prostředí malé vesničky. Je zařízena skromně, ale účelně. Servis byl bezchybný. Byli jsme spokojeni. Neváhali bychom návštěvu opakovat. Doporučujemeinserted 01/07/20 21:08

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
