The holiday cottage is located at the beginning of the cottage area close to a river. The site lies near the village Lásenice (600 m) in distance 8km from the city Jindřichův Hradec.
The location is very nice for family holidays and for fishermen. The proximity of the river Nežárka provides rich recreational enjoyment from fishing, swimming and a cruise on the river (available inflatable boat). The place is also suitable for cycling (bikes can be stored in the garage) and walks in the local forests. Cottage offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace on the unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Built-up area is 50 m2.
You can go on a trip to the historical town of Jindřichův Hradec (Castle and Chateau), to the spa town of Třeboň (21 km), to the castle and Chateau in the town of Stráž nad Nejealous (5 km), to the castle Landštejn (24 km) or to the Chateau Červená Lhota (29 km).
Fishing permits can be based on valid fish. Ticket purchase in J. Hradec, Price 500,-Kč/10 days.

Nádherné prostředí,skvělá chata,příjemní a ochotní majitele.Do krámu a hospody,kde jsou všude moc příjemní a ochotní lidé,je kousek.Pamatky,ZOO,ovcí farma i ostatní zajímavosti nedaleko.Moc nadherna dovolená,ale krátká.Rybolov,taky dobrý,ale chtělo by to víc než jeden druh ryb.Byli jsme moc spokojeni.inserted 03/08/21 19:05 - Staying 25/07/2020-01/08/2020
Prostředí velice nádherné,chatička též krasná,čistá. Velice dobře zařízená a vybavená. Ale pár drobností bohužel narušovalo náš pobyt.Šílené množství komárů,nedalo se sedět v klidu venku.Poštípaný jsme i přes veškeré oblečení a nástřiky repelentů. Též nám lehce vadilo,že tam není pitná voda(kterou jsme ale dostali v barelech).Po skončení pobytu jsme lehce dopláceli za elektřinu,i když jsme vůbec nesvítili,ale dobíjeli telefony a powerbanky !!!!!! How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
