Luxury cottage with swimming pool is located 50m from the shore of the Orlic dam with beautiful views of the countryside. It is ideal for passionate fishermen, or to experience a beautiful holiday for a family with small children. In the cottage you will find a modern equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom with TOILET. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom upstairs.

The cottage is located near the Podolský Bridge near the village Olešná. The hut on one side surrounds the dam and from the other side woods that are suitable for mushrooming or strolles. In the cold months, floor heating with a tiled stove will delight guests. On the contrary, during the summer months, guests will appreciate the spacious terrace where a garden shower for refreshment is located.

Stylish cottage is located above the village Vitkovice in beautiful scenery of Giang Mountains. Individually built part of the cottage gives you a nice and comfortable accommodation at an altitude of 720 m above the sea with views of the mountain peaks. In the summer months there is a suitable place for tours along marked trails, horseback riding, biking (bike rentals in the area) and other interesting activities. During the winter, you are near the ski-lifts and slopes accessible by foot or by car, winter cross-country skiing trails (500 meters away), winter horseback riding and sleigh rides and winter sports equipment rentals.
On the unfenced garden you can relax in the outdoor seating area with barbecue and outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 8.5 x 4 meters with a depth of 1 to 1.5 m Possibility of heating the pool for a fee (paid by the actual consumption - about 3.000CZK/week). Built-up area 160 m?.

We recommend to use the object in the lower post of persons (13 persons ). Then the room in ground floor can be used just like common room.

The hamlet without the electricity is situated in the middle of pastures and woods in the beautiful countryside of Jeseníky. It is ideal for those who want to have a rest from the city rush and enjoy the peace. Surroundings are suitable for hikers and bikers. You can visit the castle Velké Losiny (25 km), the castle Bouzov (30 km), the stalactical caves Javoříčko (30 km). In the whole object you can only use candles, in each room there is a tile stove for heating. In the unfenced piece of land right in front of the cottage there is a pool (20 m2) available. Except for a garden sitting with grill there are also a covered terrace with table tennis and sauna. For kids there is a sand-pit, petangue and darts. Within 3 km there are also tennis courts.

The cottage is located in the picturesque mountains of Velka Raca, in the village Oščadnica in Slovakia. The cottage is in a quiet area, in one of the most famous centers of summer and winter tourism. The village Oščadnica is an excellent starting point for various hikes, mountain biking or you can visit the nearby centers like Kalvária, Kaštieľ - Gallery, Church of the Assumption, Kysucké museum, but also a therapeutic - relaxation water center, Relax center - Pool and Sauna. In the center of the village there is a children's lift with ski school (the nearest ski lift is located about 500 m from the cottage in the resort Snow Paradise and Sun Paradise). Guests can use the outdoor seating area, grill and fireplace.

Holiday house is located on the edge of the village Višňová in the South Bohemia. It offers plenty of possibilities for cycling and hiking, surrounding woods are the paradise for mashroom-pickers. You can visit e.g. the water castle Červená Lhota, the ruine Choustník or the historical town Jindřichův Hradec. The house is well furnitured with all necessary equipment. There is a large fenced piece of land 2.500 m² with garden sitting, grill, parasol and swimming pool 3,6 m. Built-up area 60 m².
