Winter season wish for all fans of both downhill (ski areal Zadov, Churáňov - 4 km) or cross-country skiing (many kilometres of conditioned cross-country skiing tracks). Very nice, luxuriously furnished chalet is located in a beautiful and quiet village Horny Vadičov, 15 km from the city of Žilina. Cottage provides privacy and is ideal for families with children, family celebrations, or pleasant moments with a friends. Local landscape is ideal for walks, cycling or skiing in the winter. Near the cottage is a ski resort Vadičov and other lifts are located 8 km away. Cross-country ski trails start right outside the cottage. In front of the cottage is a fenced garden with pretty landscaping, garden sitting, grill and fire pit. Built up area is 120 m².

Holiday chalet is located in a chalet colony at close quarters of the lake Slapy. Surroundings are ideal for cycling, water sports, fishing and swimming in nature. Possibility of the lake crossing to the other side, where guests can visit the recreational centre Měřín with a covered swimming pool, bowling and other sport and relaxation enjoyment. At the object there is a fenced piece of land 300 m² with garden sitting, fire and grill. Built-up area 50 m².

Reconstructed cottage is located in the areal of the former castle in a small village Červený Újezdec 12 km from Písek in the direction of Zvíkovské podhradí (8 km). The stylish equipment of the object and the rustic atmosphere of an existent large agricultural farm challenges to rest and relaxation and gives the opportunity to visit touristic destinations at the same time: Písek, Zvíkov, Orlík, Blatná, Bechyně. There is the separate part of the yard with own entrance and a garden 400 m² with garden sitting under the pergola, fireplace, smoking chamber and a swimming pool 3,6 m available. Possibility of fishing at 2 private ponds 50 m from the object! Built-up area is 80 m².
In case of the request of more persons it is possible to make use of an apartment (capacity 6 persons) in the opposite part of the farmhouse.

Fenced property with swimming pool, childrens sand pit, outdoor grill and fireplace is located in an attractive, popular tourist area Slapy in a quiet, surrounded by forest, a settlement in paradise belonging to the community more. The area around the rented house offers innumerable offer tours of the surrounding countryside and historical sights. Property is also suitable for mushroom pickers, swimming and cycling.
