Vacation villas are built in in a large piece of land on the banks of the river Blanice on the outskirts of the village Putim 5 km south of Písek. The villas were completed in 2008 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m², offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m²). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m². For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
 

These prices are for accommodation in one villa. When renting both villas, you need to create an order for both buildings - CH-387 + CH-388.

Chalet is located in a small chalet colony near the village Annín in the very heart of the Bohemian Forest on the bank of the Otava river. Close surroundings will capture you by their beauty and possibilities for spending ideal summer or winter holiday. Surroundings are suitable for cycling, in winter you can find here plenty of cross-country skiing tracks and in the proximity ski-lifts as well. There is an unfenced piece of land 500 m² with garden furniture, fire, grill, garden shower, parasol available. Ground floor 60 m².

The hamlet without the electricity is situated in the middle of pastures and woods in the beautiful countryside of Jeseníky. It is ideal for those who want to have a rest from the city rush and enjoy the peace. Surroundings are suitable for hikers and bikers. You can visit the castle Velké Losiny (25 km), the castle Bouzov (30 km), the stalactical caves Javoříčko (30 km). In the whole object you can only use candles, in each room there is a tile stove for heating. In the unfenced piece of land right in front of the cottage there is a pool (20 m2) available. Except for a garden sitting with grill there are also a covered terrace with table tennis and sauna. For kids there is a sand-pit, petangue and darts. Within 3 km there are also tennis courts.

Cosily reconstructed holiday chalet is located right at a ski slope in the village Kubova Huť 10 km from Vimperk. The position of the object predestines it to a nicely spent holiday in every season. In winter it suffices to come in front of the chalet and join the ski slope which is suitable for small kids as well - there is also a children´s ski lift here. In summer you can enjoy the beauty of the Bohemian-Forest countryside through many cyclotracks or hiking trails. Sitting in the garden with fire and grill can provide you nice rest. This cottage is located in the village of Lenora on the edge of the protected landscape area of the Bohemian Forest 7 km from Volary and 10 km from the border on Germany (Strážný). The position of the cottage makes it the ideal starting place for wanderings in the Bohemian Forest, in the winter it is possible to make use of cross-coutry skiing tracks and ski-lifts (5 km, 9 km). Guests have available one apartment in the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC in 2nd floor. Around the cottage there is a modified natural garden with a pleasant garden seating, pergola, barbecue and children´s playhouse and sandpit. The entire property is fenced and so it provides a guarantee relax and peace in the Bohemian countryside.
