The chalet offers three separate apartments — only the apartments needed for the actual number of guests will be unlocked, the remaining ones stay locked and empty. Apartment No. 1 (ground floor, capacity 8 persons): two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom. Apartment No. 2 (attic, capacity 4 persons): two bedrooms with kitchenette. Apartment No. 3 (adjacent house, capacity 4 persons): one bedroom and a living room with kitchenette.

The outdoor facilities are exceptional: a large fenced garden with a terrace, fireplace, barbecue grill, gazebo, pergola, table tennis table, football pitch (when dry) and a volleyball court. Near the reservoir, in one of the surrounding villages, it is possible to hire a boat, paddleboard or SUP.
