River Lužnice not far from the cottage can delight all fishermen. The house has 350 m2 fenced garden with a pergola, a barbecue, a fireplace, a table tennis and a swimming pool with a diameter of 3 m. The built-up area is 45 m2.

Object code: ZB-636 Rent possible from 01/05 until 30/10Very nice weekend cottage is situated in the cottage area in Roudná, 5 km far from Soběslav. The whole area is a well known touristic place and families who prefer easy access to touristic places will surely enjoy the stay here. Just 150 meters far from cottage are abandoned sand pits with clean water offering great swimming opportunities. The rental has also 200 m2 fenced garden with a swimming pool, a beach umbrella and garden furniture. The quests can borrow a canoe on the requests (with 2 paddles + 2 cork jackets). The rental´s size is 50m2. Very nearby to this cottage is the rental ZB-637. Closeness of these two buildings brings an ideal chance for the joint family holidays.

Pleasant countryside is just made for cycling (there are 2 bicycles in the cottage for guest disposal) and trekking. Guests can also visit Tábor known for his historical center, Chýnovské jeskyně (caves), spa city Bechyně or they can simply enjoy walking around. Abandoned sand pits with clean water offering beautiful places for swimming are only 150metres from the cottage. Nearby river Lužnice is a great place for all the fans of fishing .There is a fenced garden belonging to the cottage with a garden grill which is fully for guests disposal. The size of the garden is 200m2 and the size of the cottage is 40m2. Very close to this cottage is the rental with code ZB-636. This gives ideal opportunity for joint family vacations.
