The cottage is on a sloping land with a garden following to the wooden terrace. There is an outdoor fireplace embedded in stone walls and wooden outdoor furniture.

Object code: CH-522 Yearlong rentThe stylish and completely renovated rustic-style building is located in the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area in the small village of Chlívce and offers accommodation in 4 apartments for larger groups or friendly families with a capacity of 14 beds and the possibility of 6 extra beds. Each apartment has its own entrance, hallway, living room with LCD TV + satellite and kitchenette with dining area. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. In the vicinity of the property, both hikers and passionate cyclists and mushroom pickers will come to their place in summer. The biking trails stretch towards Adršpašské and Teplice Rocks, Ratibořice, Kudowa Spa in Poland, the Rozkoš Dam, etc. (all up to 25 Km). In winter there is about 200m a ski lift and there is also a modified cross-country ski trail. Hikers will appreciate the surrounding forests, which stretch the war fortifications, a trip to the nearby zoo in Dvůr Králové or kuks castle.
