The cottage is situated on the edge of a small village Týnčany near Příbram in the heart of the famous landscape of rocks, gorges and mixed forests. In the neighbourhood the nice creek Brsina flows through. The cottage is wheelchair accessible in the original style and is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful environment for their relaxation. Guests´ privacy is provided in an enclosed courtyard (800 m2) where you can park a car. The building is attractive even in winter for the Ski Resort Monínec 24 km far from the object. Guests have access to an outdoor sitting area with garden furniture, fire and parasol, small pool (200x140x40 cm) and a slide for children.
On request there is the possibility of renting a beautiful sailboat situated on the Orlík lake (12 km).
